Celebrities are renowned for picking weird and wonderful names for their off-spring but when it comes to setting trends, it seems the more traditional choices are favoured over the unique.
Noah, the son of Transformers star Megan Fox, has been hailed as the best celebrity baby name of last year. The actress’ choice of name for her son, who was born in September, came out on top in a poll of more than 2,000 women.
Hilary Duff’s son Luca came second, with Amanda Holden’s daughter Hollie making it into third place.
Complete List:
1. Noah (Megan Fox)
2. Luca (Hilary Duff)
3. Hollie (Amanda Holden)
4. Faith (Michelle Heaton)
5. Marnie Mae (Tamzin Outhwaite)
6. Pearl (Jack Osbourne)
7. Theodora (Robbie Williams)

Actor Brian Austin Green has played down speculation his wife Megan Fox is pregnant with the couple’s first child, insisting the rumors have surfaced “every three months” since their 2010 wedding.
The “Transformers” beauty was said to be in the early stages of her pregnancy in March, but she and Green have yet to properly address the claims and Fox fueled the baby gossip last week by cutting short a TV interview on “Entertainment Tonight” when reporter Steve Jones breached guidelines and confronted her about news she is expecting.
Now Green has brushed off the “interesting” rumors, although he fails to actually confirm or deny the latest pregnancy reports.
The “Beverly Hills, 90210” star tells People.com, “They’ve been saying that (Fox is pregnant) every three months ever since we got married, and it’s sort of one of those things that they love to say.
“I think it’s interesting. I think there is a part of Megan that people really love that is, at 18 she found a relationship and she stuck with it, and we’ve been together for coming on eight years now. It will be our two-year wedding anniversary, but we’ve been together for a long time. She doesn’t represent what people are used to seeing in a young actress.”
One thing Green is more forthcoming about is the couple’s plans for its upcoming anniversary – revealing they will return to the Hawaiian island where they wed in June, 2010.
He says, “I think we’ll be going back to where we got married. That’s sort of our thing.
“Last year when we went, they had one tier of the same wedding cake that we had, and they decorated the room the same, so it was special all over again. They do it right.”

Steve Jones’ interview with Megan Fox was cut short on Thursday when the British TV personality breached guidelines by asking the actress about baby rumors.
The former host of “The X Factor “was chatting to the “Transformers” star about her new gig as the face of gadgets store The Sharper Image for “Entertainment Tonight” when he asked Fox about her favorite toy.
He then stumped her when he quipped, “Do you know the ultimate gadget that every man wants? A baby.”
A puzzled Fox replied, “A baby?” She then added, “Oh, I know where you’re going with this …”
The actress has yet to address ongoing reports suggesting she is expecting her first child with husband Brain Austin Green.
Jones pressed on and asked, “Any plans to give anybody a baby?”
Fox talked over the interviewer and said, “You hear the grumbles … No, no,” before a publicist could be heard urging him to wrap up the interview.
The TV host ended the brief chat by stating, “Either way, Megan, it was a pleasure talking to you.”
Speaking on the show after the interview, Jones joked, “I’d like to formerly apologize to Ms. Fox for attacking her with the word baby. Thankfully, there was a publicist there to stop me.”

The former “Transformers” star is the new face of the gadget retailer. No word on whether or not she will also appear in their catalogs.
They know there’s nothing like a scantily clad female to arouse men to buy things that will hopefully get them the attention of scantily clad females. A nearly naked woman makes men’s pupils dilate, apparently opening up their wallets.
That’s probably why Sharper Image has chosen sultry starlet Megan Fox as the new face of the iconic brand. Her sexy campaign will debut later this year, and will likely include TV commercials as well as print ads — perhaps even an appearance in the Sharper Image catalog.
This makes perfect sense, since the majority of Sharper Image’s high-end electronic items and super cool home gadgets are purchased predominately by men.
So to get the guys all warmed up, the company has released this first look at Megan, wearing black stockings, black lace panties and bra, covered discreetly with a tailored men’s shirt. She’s sprawled on a bed with manly neutral sheets and a cozy fur spread, and she’s holding what looks like a tablet. On the bedside table, there’s a digital alarm clock that reads 9:04 P.M.
