The hottest woman in Hollywood has confirmed this week she will join Shia LeBeouf for a third installment of the blockbuster robotic series, “Transformers.”
Foxy lady Megan didn’t brew up much of a storm in the second “Transformers” and critics doubted that she would go for a third.
However, Hollywood is reporting she is a glutton for punishment and Fox fans will be glad to see back as the sexy Mikaela.
The star of the movies, Shia, who plays Sam Witwicky, has also singed back on. John Malkovich and Frances McDormand are also on the casting call for the third movie.
Michael Bay, Director, seems to be moving forward fast with this one.
“Transformers 3″ is due for release next summer.

Confirmation is pending, but according to Video ETA, Fox Home Entertainment is eyeing a December 29 DVD and Blu-Ray release for this fall’s Jennifer’s Body. Special features have not been revealed.
Starring Megan Fox, Amanda Seyfried, Adam Brody and Johnny Simmons, the Diablo Cody-penned horror comedy bowed in theaters on September 18. It underperformed, needless to say, and grossed an $18 million worldwide.
When Fox dishes official details, we’ll let you know.

 MTV News caught up with Megan Fox, who gave an update on her other comic book film called “Fathom.” “They just wrote the first draft of the script, and everybody’s really happy with it,” she explained. “I haven’t read it yet, but the studio’s really happy with it and there’s growing excitement around the project.”
Fox would play Aspen Matthews, who was found abandoned on a ship and is adopted by a military man. She becomes a champion swimmer and marine biologist who comes of age realizing she has water-based powers and is part of an underwater race. (Basically, Fox will be in a bikini and very wet throughout the entire movie).
Fox added that she’s still no interested on becoming Wonder Woman. “I feel like that’s a hard adaptation to make into a live-action film,” she said. “She flies around in an invisible jet and she has a lasso of truth… It’s going to be a hard movie to make live action.”

 The new movie poster for the upcoming Jennifer’s Body is no Farrah Fawcett red swimsuit poster, but we bet it will wind up on the wall of a teenage boy or two.
The poster shows star Megan Fox striking a sultry pose atop a schooldesk wearing a red tank top, plaid schoolgirl mini and red high heels. The chalkboard behind her screams, “Hell Yes!”
In the horror flick, penned by Juno’s Diablo Cody, Fox plays a cheerleader with serial killer tendencies. Of course.
Jennifer’s Body also stars Amanda Seyfried and Adam Brody and premieres Sept. 18.

She looks under one hood and now she’s a cinematic sensation lining up the thrillers and geek fare. Just a few weeks after sharing the news that she was going to team up with the so-hot-right-now Mickey Rourke (on top of Hex, Fathom, and Jennifer’s Body), THR’s Risky Biz blog reports that Megan Fox is also running for the border.
The Transformers hottie is going to star in a new border thriller called The Crossing, which comes from the pens of Byron Willinger and Philip de Blasi (but doesn’t have a director yet). Fox will play a woman wrapping up a Mexican vacation with her husband when they’re carjacked and her man is kidnapped. In order to free him, she has to smuggle heroin across the border. Clint Culpepper says that the lead “requires a vulnerability to make you care about her but a kind of strength to make you believe she can pull off the things she needs to,” and “Megan has both a vulnerability about her and an unbelievable strength.”
So far, the project just sounds run-of-the-mill, but maybe there are some twists hiding with the heroin. …not that there needs to be any if the flick has enough thrills mixed with problems under the car hood in the sweaty heat.
