The 23-year-old Fox stars stretches out in the title role as a high-school cheerleader who turns into a knife-wielding, boy-eating killing machine after being possessed by a demon. Publicity stills feature Fox looking like a hot mess, covered in blood and wearing a ripped miniskirt. Even if the Academy somehow overlooks her performance in this gem, Fox still has her awards as reigning lad mag hot list queen. The film, due out in September, is directed by Karyn Kusama (”Aeon Flux) and the screenplay was written by Diablo Cody of “Juno” fame. |
